How do I see my Credit Balance?
To see your credit balance log in to your account,
and click on the ‘my profile’ link. On your profile you will see there is a tab named
‘Account Credits’, and this is where you can see your balance of claimed credits
and rewardable credits.
Why do you not offer cashback instead of rewards?
The payment processor which deals
with the financial transactions for these products strictly forbids promoters and
affiliates to offer any type of cash re-imbursement, including vouchers. If you see
anyone offering cash it’s highly likely that they won’t be getting their commission
and in turn you won’t be getting your cashback.
We have created this site according to these guidelines and offering what we believe to be the next best thing to an actual cashback reward system.
What are ‘confirmed’ credits?
Your credits are classed as ‘confirmed’ as soon as your
purchase through this site has been checked and verified. It usually takes up to
48 hours for credits to show on your account. Your credits in due course will become
‘rewardable’, and at this stage you can exchange your accrued credits for the reward
of your choice (within your credit balance).
It typically takes around 60 days for new credits to become rewardable, to allow time for any product refunds (credits are removed for refunded purchases)
What are ‘rewardable’ credits?
As soon as your credits become ‘rewardable’ you can
exchange them for rewards. It typically takes around 60 days for new credits to become
rewardable, to allow time for any product refunds (credits are removed for refunded
purchases).
How long do my credits last?
In order to minimize our administration overhead, or
for any other reason, we reserve the right to terminate dormant accounts. In order
to keep an account active and ensure it doesn’t get marked as dormant, we do not
require purchase transactions, but we do require you simply to log in to your account
at least once every 12 months.
Why is the site not more automated?
As the site is new we want to make sure everything
runs as smoothly as possible for our members. In the future some of the processes
may well become more automated, but until then we want to rely a bit more on the
‘human touch’!
How do I get a refund on a product bought through the site?
If for any reason you
would like to request a refund on a product that you bought through a link on this
site, you will need to contact the vendor for that product. This will be on your
original receipt. If you decide to get refunded unfortunately your credits earned
for that purchase will be removed from your account on the Commission Sharer.
